Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your RentCreditBoost™ enrollment any time, no phone call required. Here's exactly when you qualify for a full refund, when a fee becomes non-refundable, and what stays on your credit file after you go.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your enrollment at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support at support@rentcreditboost.com.
Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a 100% full refund of fees paid ONLY IF your rent payment history has not yet been submitted or reported to any consumer reporting agency or reporting partner at the time your cancellation request is received.
- Non-Refundable Status: Once your rent payment data has been verified and transmitted to one or more credit bureaus or reporting partners, your fee becomes non-refundable, except where explicitly required by applicable law.
If your account is enrolled in a California offer covered by AB 2747, fees and related disclosures will adhere to applicable statutory requirements.
What Happens When You Cancel
You may end your enrollment at any time via your account dashboard or by reaching out to support@rentcreditboost.com.
Ending your enrollment immediately stops future recurring billing and halts any future data reporting. However, canceling your account does not retroactively remove or delete rent history that has already been submitted to consumer reporting agencies. Refunds upon cancellation are governed strictly by the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 5 (Fees and Payment).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service immediately if we reasonably believe you have provided fraudulent information, failed to pay applicable fees, violated these Terms of Service, or engaged in abusive reporting behavior.
This page covers the cancellation clause of our Terms of Service — see the full document for everything else you agree to when you enroll.

Renting isn't a setback. It's the start of your financial future.
